Shipping Rates
We all know the frustration of placing an order and then finding out the shipping is much more than expected. We wish to clearly state our shipping charges before you place your order .
The following shipping rates will apply to all orders within the United States. International orders will need to call us so that we might determine exact shipping costs. We reserve the right to determine the best shipping method for each order. If you have a need for a specific shipping method, i.e. USPS or UPS, you will need to call us at 248-544-2010 and place your order by telephone. UPS will not ship to P.O. Boxes. The U.S. Postal Service will.
MICHIGAN SHIPPING RATES (OUT OF STATE CUSTOMERS PLEASE SEE ORDER FORMS)
- .01 – $25.00 = $8.00
- $25.01 – $75.00 = $10.00
- $75.01 – $150.00 = 13%
- $150.01 – $500.00 = 11%
- $150.01 and up = 10%
- Single small items such as medallions or cards can be ordered and shipped for a $2.50 to $4.00 fee. You must call these orders in at 248-544-2010 to qualify for this shipping discount.
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. However, orders received after 11:00 am Friday may not ship until the following Tuesday due to the M.S.O. being closed on Monday. Keep this in mind when ordering. Most orders that are received before 2:00 pm on business days will be shipped that day.
We will ship to inmates, correctional facilities and institutions, however please call these orders in because of high probability these orders will be returned.
Literature and Merchandise Return/Refund Policy
- If an order is placed online using a credit card and then canceled prior to shipment, the total order cost will be refunded, minus a $5.00 service fee.
- Items mistakenly ordered or unwanted are accepted for return within two weeks (14 days) after shipping. These returned items must be undamaged and in their original condition when shipped. The refund will be at the purchase price. We do not refund the costs to ship to you nor pay for your return costs. There will also be a restocking fee of 10%.
- Any confirmed errors on the part of the Michigan Service Office will be readily exchanged or accepted for return within two weeks (14 days) after shipping. Return shipping will be paid by the M.S.O. The correct items will be shipped free.
- The RSO will not accept returns on discontinued, opened or damaged items. Only items in resalable condition will be accepted. No refunds will be paid until items are received and condition has been verified.

Information submitted to us is only available to staff members managing this information for purposes of contacting you regarding your orders, or for sending you emails based on your request for information.
